Use the Garageband App to capture a sound tied to a personal memory. Some examples include the sound of a school bell ringing, birds chirping, a laughing child or a revving car motor. You can either make the sound yourself or record it off a Creative Commons based source like freesound.org.
Once you've recorded the sound, use a second track in the Garageband file to narrate a story of what the sound means to you. Your final story should be no longer than 2 minutes. Where you place the sound in the story is completely up to you. It might be at the beginning of the narration, somewhere in the middle or interpersed.
Finally, when you are done mixing the sound file, email it to Rachel & Joe. We will process the file and post to the blog.
Due date: Thursday March 8th.
